Impact Mentoring is a specialist mentoring organisation working with young people across the South West. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their circumstances or background. Our team of dedicated mentors provides one-to-one support that helps young people build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their potential.
We work with young people who are disengaged from education, at risk of exclusion, or who have additional needs. Our mentors build trusting relationships that help young people re-engage with learning and develop the life skills they need to move forward. We deliver a range of services including 1:1 mentoring, learning programmes linked to ASDAN accreditation, tutoring, and post-16 provision.
Trust is central to everything we do. We know that before any learning can happen, a young person needs to feel safe, respected, and believed in. Our mentors take the time to build genuine relationships with the young people they work with — meeting them where they are, not where others expect them to be. This person-centred approach is what makes Impact different.
We currently operate across 7 regions in the South West, with offices in Bristol and Gloucester. Our mentors work in communities, schools, and with local authorities to ensure young people get the support they need close to home.
