Being a mentor at Impact Mentoring isn't just a job — it's a chance to make a real difference in a young person's life. Our mentors work one-to-one with young people who need someone to believe in them, build trust, and help them achieve things they didn't think were possible.
Every day, you'll be helping a young person take steps forward — whether that's gaining an ASDAN qualification, building confidence, or discovering what they're good at.
You won't be on your own. Our managers provide ongoing guidance, and you'll be part of a team of nearly 90 mentors across the South West.
Sessions run in two blocks each day (morning and afternoon). You'll work in your local area, building relationships with the young people you support.

No specific qualifications are required — we provide full training and induction. What matters most is the right person.
