How to Refer a Young Person

We accept referrals from schools, local authorities, and other partner organisations. If you know a young person who could benefit from our support, the process is straightforward.

The Referral Process

1

Get in Touch

Contact us using the details below or via our referral form. Tell us about the young person and the support they need.

2

Initial Discussion

We'll have a conversation to understand the young person's needs, goals, and circumstances. This helps us match them with the right mentor.

3

Mentor Matching

We select a mentor whose skills and experience align with the young person's needs. Every match is deliberate.

4

First Session

The mentor meets the young person and begins building the relationship. This is where the journey starts.

Who We Work With

We work with young people who are:

  • Disengaged from education or at risk of exclusion
  • Have additional needs or EHCPs
  • Need 1:1 support that mainstream education can't provide
  • Are transitioning to post-16 education, training, or employment

We operate across 7 regions in the South West, with offices in Bristol and Gloucester.
