We use our commercial sized kitchen to deliver a range of cookery-based courses. From practical cooking skills, to cooking for multiple clients and for special events we know that the life skills, confidence and organisation that young people get from being competent in the kitchen is incredibly valuable.

Young people can gain an ASDAN short course award in Foodwise. For young people with an aptitude and commitment, and who are with us long-term, the Occupational Studies NCFE qualification is also available.
