We know how rewarding it is to explore your creativity through photography. Young people can learn the professional techniques behind composing and taking great photos, printing and displaying them. Having a portfolio of your own work is hugely esteem-building and can help young people gain an ASDAN short course award in Expressive Arts

Young people have also made short films through our partnership with Screenology. Developing their professional skills alongside student film-makers enables them to explore their creativity and their organisation with an expert ‘buddy’ alongside them. This also leads towards an Expressive Arts ASDAN.

For young people with a passion for music, we aim to facilitate their individual music goals by finding experts who can nurture their learning and help them to develop their skills. Evidence is collected towards the Expressive Arts ASDAN.
